Adults train on a Monday evening from 7:30-9:00pm, at The Finchampstead Sports & Social Club, Memorial Ground, The Village, Finchampstead, RG40 4JU. In the winter months, we may also train indoors at Arborfield Green Leisure Centre, Bohunt School, RG2 9GB.

Sessions are led by our coaching team and we regularly have guest coaches joining us. Our sessions include a warm up, skills practice, team tactics and match play. Although personal fitness is not a key part of training sessions, members are expected to maintain a reasonable level of fitness. A variety of fitness sessions, led by qualified instructors, form part of some training nights.

We play matches in the Bracknell District Netball League and have 4 teams in several divisions (Div 1, 3 & 4)  to cater for all ages and abilities.
