Adults train on a Monday evening from 8.00-9.30pm, at either our home ground,

The Finchampstead Sports & Social Club, Memorial Ground, The Village, Finchampstead, RG40 4JU

or in the winter months indoors at Arborfield Green Leisure Centre, Bohunt School, RG2 9GB.

Sessions are led by a qualified coach and include a warm up, skills practice, team tactics and a match practice. Although personal fitness is not a key part of training sessions, members are expected to maintain a reasonable level of fitness. A variety of fitness sessions, led by qualified instructors, form part of some training nights.

We play matches in the Bracknell District Netball League. We have 5 teams in several divisions  to cater for all ages and abilities.
