Adults train on a Monday evening from 8.00-9.30pm, at either our home ground,

The Finchampstead Sports & Social Club, Memorial Ground, The Village, Finchampstead, RG40 4JU

or in the winter months indoors at St Neots Prepartory School, Eversley, Hook, RG27 0PN.

Sessions are led by a qualified coach and include a warm up, skills practice, team tactics and a match practice. Although personal fitness is not a key part of training sessions, members are expected to maintain a reasonable level of fitness. A variety of fitness sessions, led by qualified instructors, form part of some training nights.

We play matches in various local leagues, such as Berkshire Premier League and Bracknell District Netball League. We have teams in several divisions  to cater for all ages and abilities.
